Pioneer Net Zero is the green building and sustainability practice of Pioneer Group, a manufacturer in Pirangut, Pune that has supplied building services and industrial projects since 1994.
Why a manufacturer runs a consultancy
Pioneer makes cable trays and instruments that go into factories, data centres, hospitals and commercial buildings. Over three decades that has meant working with MEP consultants, architects and contractors on specifications, approvals and site problems.
Green ratings are won or lost in exactly those places: what the specification says, what the contractor installs, and whether the documents prove it. We started Pioneer Net Zero to bring that practical view to certification, energy and sustainability work.

Kaustubh works with India's building services consulting community through ASHRAE, ISHRAE and the Council of Building Services Consulting Engineers, and is researching AI-assisted practice for his doctorate in business administration.
